Kati Kusmin is appointed as additional member of AS Baltika Management Board to lead the sales and marketing division. Starting from 1st of October Kati Kusmin will be responsible for sales and marketing strategy of Batika’s brands Monton, Mosaic, Ivo Nikkolo, Baltman as well as the new sale channels development strategy.

Baltika´s target is to develop our international marketing and improve the shopping experience in our more than 100 stores. In addition to developing our own retail system we focus on multichanneling: growth through traditional wholesale and expansion through international franchise and concession projects and e-commerce. We wanted to bring the best possible experience and knowhow to the new position and Kati´s experience and work performance has made her the best candidate for us,” said Meelis Milder, Chairman of Baltika Management Board.
